All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (EUR).


How can I place an order?

Ordering from ZunoHut is simple:

  1. Browse our collection and select the cat tree you like.
  2. Click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to “Checkout”.
  3. Enter your billing information, including your name, address, and phone number.
  4. Confirm your order and complete the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments exclusively through Stripe.

With Stripe, you can securely pay using:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

All transactions are processed securely and encrypted via Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure


Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship orders within Germany.

Shipping is completely free on all orders—no minimum required.


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Once shipped, your order will arrive in approximately 5–10 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number along with a link to the tracking website.


My tracking number isn’t working—what should I do?

Sometimes it can take 2–4 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking number still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us directly.
