- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days, excluding shipping fees, using your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Returns Information
- Return Acceptance: We accept returns from customers in Germany.
- How to Return: Products can be returned by mail.
- Return Labels: We provide prepaid labels for defective items. For returns due to change of mind, a label is included in the box.
- Return Period: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Return Shipping Costs: Returns are free for defective products. For customer remorse, there’s no additional shipping cost deducted from your refund.
Refund and Exchange Policy

- Defective products will be replaced with the same item in the same size.
- Returned products must be in unused condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that’s faulty, incorrectly described, or different from what you ordered, we’ll resolve the issue by either refunding your purchase or replacing the product. We’ll also provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Faulty items include issues like unraveled seams or holes present before use. Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses or product variants once an order has shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
